Marissa Mayer, grande informaticienne et chef d’entreprise américaine est née en 1975 aux Etats-Unis. Cette jeune femme blonde aux yeux bleus a grandi avec ses parents, son frère et un golden retriever. Au cours de son enfance, elle pratiquait du basket, du volley mais également du cheerleading au lycée. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme en 1993, Marissa entre à l’université de Stanford après avoir été acceptée dans 10 prestigieuses universités. Elle a tout d’abord pour objectif de devenir neurochirurgienne, mais elle a abandonné au bout d’un an. Elle se tourne donc vers des études d’informatique qui lui ont permis par la suite de rejoindre Google en 1999. Elle est connue car c’est notamment elle qui a participé à la création de Google maps et Gmail. Finalement, elle quitte Google en 2012 pour rejoindre Yahoo. ​
