in my opinion honestly i disagree with this idea,i don't think that every household should have a computer.not everyone can afford them.They are becoming more expensive? they cost almost 800£.i disagree so bad; it's not even worth it.Why would it be forced if it's not a law;then it's not forced.There are people who need that money for their lifes,not go and spend it on something worthless.That was my honest opinion.I'm not gonna judge you of you having a computer or not.People need to change their thoughts.It's okay if you don't have a computer.NO ONE will judge you.that's it.
