3 x = ( 50 + 2 x ) / 4

12 x /4 =  ( 50 + 2 x ) / 4

12 x =  2 x + 50

12 x - 2 x =  50

10 x = 50

x = 5

rectangle  =  2  * 30 = 60

triangle  =  15

4 * 15 = 60
