Ex.n°1/ Etablissez les comparaisons.
Exemple: Peter has got a small schoolbag, John has got a big schoolbag.

→ Peter's bag is smaller than John's. John's bag is bigger.

Attention, ceci n'est qu'un exemple. Tous les degrés de l'adjectif sont à utiliser.

1. Sally is tall and Peter too.
→ Sally is .....

2. Penelope has got an ugly hairstyle, but Sally hasn't.
→Penelope's hairstyle is
............... /.............. (2 manière de le dire)

3. Flowers are expensive, but sweets aren't.
→ Flowers are.........

4. I like cakes but I don't like fruit*.
For me, fruitis............cakes

But I admit that cakes are too sweet. Cakes are .......Fruit .

I prefer yoghurts. Yoghurts taste ........ cakes and fruit.


*ce mot, bien qu'employé au singulier, renvoie à l'ensemble des fruits. Du coup, si vous voulez dire « un fruit », il faudra dire « a piece of fruit »
